Terms of Service
Last updated: June 16, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Quick PDF Editor (quickpdfeditor.com). By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. The service
Quick PDF Editor is a free, browser-based tool that lets you edit PDF documents — for example, editing text, adding text, signing, erasing, stamping, and reordering pages. The service does not require an account and is provided at no cost.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to use Quick PDF Editor only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Use the service to edit or create documents in a way that infringes the rights of others, including forgery, fraud, or impersonation;
- Upload or process content that is illegal, or that you do not have the right to edit;
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, attack, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure;
- Use automated means to abuse the service or circumvent reasonable usage limits.
3. Your content and responsibility
You are solely responsible for the documents you edit and for keeping your own copies. Because we do not permanently store your files (see our Privacy Policy), we cannot recover documents for you. Always retain a backup of anything important before and after editing.
4. No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that edited files will be free of defects. You use the service at your own risk and should verify the results of any edit before relying on them.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quick PDF Editor and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, documents, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the service. Because the service is provided free of charge, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to use it, which is zero.
6. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms; when we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
7. Intellectual property
The Quick PDF Editor name, branding, and the website's design and code are the property of their respective owners. Your documents remain yours — using the service does not transfer any rights in your content to us.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable law in the operator's place of residence, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of competent jurisdiction there.
