To help us respond quickly, it is useful if you can tell us:
- What you were trying to do;
- What happened instead (and any error message you saw);
- Your browser and device (for example, "Chrome on Windows" or "Safari on iPhone").
Please do not email us your private PDFs. We don't need your documents to help,
and we don't permanently store files. A short description or a screenshot with sensitive details
removed is plenty.
